Rail Mounted Temperature Transmitter 4-20mA

The TxBlock & TxRail Temperature Transmitter is a fully customer-programmable 4-20mA transmitter manufactured for accurate industrial temperature measurement. Available in head mount (TxBlock) and DIN rail mount (TxRail) versions, a single unit can be field-configured to accept multiple thermocouple types and Pt100 RTD inputs, reducing the need for separate models per sensor type.

- Programmable input: thermocouples J, K, T, E, N, R, S and Pt100 RTD with adjustable working range
- 2-wire loop powered 4-20mA output, linearized 4-20mA or 20-4mA for T/C and Pt100
- Cold junction compensation for thermocouples
- Optional 0-10Vdc or frequency output (TxRail only)
- 2 or 3-wire Pt100 input with linearization
- PC configuration via RS232; optional Palm PDA infrared configuration
- Manual zero (offset) adjustment via wire jumper (TxBlock) or front keys (TxRail)
- Selectable digital filter for 50Hz/60Hz noise rejection
- Programmable sensor failure protection (burnout upscale/downscale)
- Accuracy ±0.2% FS (Pt100/0-50mV), ±0.3% max FS (thermocouples)
- Wide working temperature range of -40 to +85°C
- 12 to 30Vdc power supply
